In Commemoration of the Martyrdom Anniversary of Lady Fatimah Al-Zahra (peace be upon her) – Third Narration, and as part of the Technical Institute of Kufa’s commitment to engaging evening study students in various scientific and cultural activities, the Pharmacy Techniques Department organized an interactive cultural seminar.
The seminar was attended by the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, several institute staff members, and a large gathering of students. The session was presented by Sayyid Murtadha Al-Modarresi.
The seminar addressed the necessity and significance of modesty in human life, distinguishing between blameworthy modesty and the commendable type as outlined in Quranic verses and narrations.
A discussion session was held for students, allowing them to ask questions, share their opinions, and engage in a dialogue characterized by open exchange of views. The seminar witnessed extensive student interaction, providing a genuine opportunity for youth to contribute to vision-building and discussing issues with religious and cultural dimensions.
Sayyid Al-Modarresi highlighted the cultural and spiritual void many young people experience and their thirst for discussions, especially those involving religious culture. He emphasized the importance of dialogue with young people and the need for educational institutions to develop appropriate approaches for such engagement.
The seminar concluded with a recognition ceremony, during which the Dean of the Institute honored Sayyid Murtadha Al-Modarresi for his contributions.
