Administrative Affiliation and Duties
The unit is administratively linked to the Dean’s Office. It is responsible for handling everything related to the requests and complaints of citizens (visitors, students, faculty, and staff), adopting the principle of cooperation to overcome any difficulties citizens may encounter during their visits.
Key Responsibilities of the Unit
- Receiving citizens, listening to their complaints, and guiding them.
- Receiving all applications addressed to the Dean and presenting them to him.
- Direct supervision over organizing interviews with the Dean’s office.
- Entering requests through the Citizen Government Electronic System.
- Notifying citizens of actions taken via telephone or email.

- Representing the institute’s official interface in a civilized manner.
- Providing the best possible services to all visitors.
- Ensuring continuous communication with all relevant authorities.
- Promoting the concept of institutional state and civilized societies.

Clarity of the Request: Writing the request clearly while specifying the subject and address accurately.
Personal Details: Stating the full triple name, phone number, and official email address.
Workplace/Target Entity: Specifying the scientific department or concerned office to ensure a prompt response.
