First – Budget Unit
- Managing expenditures on annual budget allocations according to a strict auditing system.
- Communicating with the university regarding additional allocations required for the institute’s budget.
- Monitoring the disbursement of liabilities and operational advances specific to the institute.
- Following up on central funding and executing the budget for supplies, maintenance, and asset purchases.
- Preparing monthly financial reports and reconciling official bank statements.
Second – Salaries Unit
- Calculating monthly salaries and wages for all staff, faculty, and temporary employees.
- Managing salaries via advanced software systems and issuing monthly funding entries.
- Implementing increments, promotions, and administrative changes (absences and leaves).
- Organizing pension fund data and regulatory authorities’ requirements with precise monthly migration.
- Auditing and calculating external lecture fees for guest lecturers.
Third – Records and Accounts Unit
- Maintaining central accounting records (Advances ledger, Liabilities ledger, General Journal).
- Monitoring the movement of furniture, warehouse materials, documents, and financial checks.
- Entering all data and transactions according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Fourth – Higher Education Fund Unit
- Collecting institute revenues (site rentals, certificate fees, tuition fees).
- Funding bonuses, incentives, and covering essential expenses when necessary.
- Preparing annual final accounts and financial reports for the fund’s activities.
Fifth – Procurement and Supplies Unit
- Managing the annual disposal of consumables and bearing full legal responsibility for it.
- Receiving and storing purchased materials for all budgets (Morning, Evening, and Fund).
- Directly supervising warehouses and organizing warehouse entry and exit documents.
