“Critical Analysis of Food Additives”

They also addressed controversial substances, clarifying their sources, functions, and potential health impacts. Furthermore, the course evaluated the potential toxicity of these materials based on reliable scientific evidence and studies.
The course aimed to enhance nutritional awareness and encourage healthy decision-making based on solid scientific knowledge.
