The Dean’s Office of the Technical Institute / Kufa—one of the formations of the Technical University of the Middle Euphrates—announces a public tender to lease the parking lot belonging to the institute / the location of the Technical University of the Middle Euphrates Presidency, in accordance with what is stated in Article 13 (First) of the State Funds Sale and Lease Law No. (21) of 2013, as amended.
The tender will be held at the Dean’s Office of the Technical Institute / Kufa on Sunday, 26/4/2026, at 10:00 A.M.
Interested bidders are required to visit the Government Contracts Unit—Dean’s Office of the Technical Institute / Kufa to review the tender requirements.

Required Documents / Submissions
1-Proof of purchasing the tender documents for 25,000 Iraqi dinars (twenty-five thousand dinars).
2-Proof of payment of the (20%) tender deposit. The bidder whose bid is accepted must pay the rent within 30 days from the date of award; otherwise, the bidder will be considered in default (a “nâkil”) and will bear the difference between the two amounts and the remaining expenses.
3-Tax Authority “No Objection” / Tax Clearance Letter (bearing the current year date) for participation in the tender.
4. Security clearance/authorization letter issued by the Security Permits Office at the University.
5-No criminal convictions letter.
6-National Unified Card (al- البطاقة الموحدة).
