The Continuing Education Unit at the Kufa Technical Institute organized a special awareness lecture on skin dryness problems during Ramadan. The lecture was presented by:
Pharmacist Zaidoun Raheef from the Najaf Health Department (Al-Hakim General Hospital).
The lecture addressed the most prominent skin problems and changes that accompany fasting, most notably dry skin.
It also covered the effects of staying up late on skin health, the harmful effects of dehydration, and the impact of poor dietary habits on the skin.
The lecture concluded with practical and scientific tips for maintaining healthy skin during the holy month of Ramadan.
