The Department of Financial and Banking Management at the Technical Institute / Kufa concluded a specialized training course on the role of professional ethics in achieving banking service, which lasted for three days.
The presenters were:
– Professor Basma Muhammad Bani / Head of the Department,
– Assistant Lecturer In’am Jaliy Adhab.
The course addressed the understanding of professional ethics as one of the fundamental components upon which modern banking organizations are based. It represents the value and behavioral framework that guides the conduct of employees and regulates their interactions with clients, regulatory authorities, and the community. With the rapid developments in the banking business environment and increasing competition, adherence to ethical principles has become not only a legal or regulatory obligation but also a strategic tool that contributes to enhancing public trust in banks, improving the quality of services provided, and increasing the competitive capacity of financial institutions.
