It conducts extensive studies and reviews successful experiences of Arab and foreign countries in the field of government communication to ensure effective interaction between the government and citizens.

- Monitoring daily newspapers and websites to prepare reports for senior management.
- Coordinating media work with satellite channels and news agencies.
- Supervising the production of documentaries and videos highlighting institutional achievements.
- Organizing official events, press conferences, and ensuring photographic coverage.
- Managing and developing the website to ensure accurate and timely information.
II. Gov. Communication
Coordination between institutions and the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
- Ensuring public awareness of government policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Enhancing transparency and public access to institutional operations.
- Monitoring public feedback and opinions on institutional decisions.
- Encouraging officials to maintain open communication with the public.

Institute Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the Media Division at the Institute include:
- Covering conferences, seminars, workshops, and sports festivals.
- Facilitating the tasks of all satellite channels and media outlets within the university.
- Organizing celebrations and managing their media presence across all platforms.
- Field follow-up of all published material related to the college activities.
- Strengthening cooperation bonds and organizing visits for delegations and experts.
