📋 About the Department

The Department of Pharmacy Techniques at the Technical Institute of Kufa, Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, is distinguished for graduating qualified and outstanding pharmaceutical technical cadres since its establishment in the academic year 1987-1988. Graduates receive a Technical Diploma in Pharmacy Techniques with the job title “Pharmacist Assistant,” qualifying them to work in health institutions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Graduates possess the ability and skill to handle medications and medical supplies, dispense medications to patients, and maintain daily and monthly records for medical inventory. Additionally, 10% of top graduates are admitted into Faculties of Pharmacy, reflecting the quality of education provided.
