In cooperation with the Department of Financial and Banking Management Technologies, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the Kufa Technical Institute organized a special awareness seminar on women’s rights in the workplace.

The seminar aimed to familiarize participants with the provisions for equal pay, understand local and international laws related to women’s rights, and promote the values of mutual respect and the rejection of all forms of bullying and harassment in the workplace.
It also encouraged male colleagues to support their female colleagues’ rights to ensure a balanced work environment.
Women’s rights in the workplace are a fundamental pillar for achieving social justice and economic development.
This goes beyond mere “equality”; it extends to creating a safe and equitable work environment that guarantees women the full utilization of their capabilities without discrimination.
