The Department of Financial and Banking Management Technologies and the Women’s Affairs Unit at the Kufa Technical Institute organized a tree-planting campaign on the institute’s grounds, supervised by:

The campaign included planting orange and fig trees with the active participation of faculty and students.
This campaign, which coincided with National Tree Planting Day, aimed to promote environmental sustainability on campus and instill environmental citizenship values in students through their active involvement in planting and care. The campaign paid particular attention to fruit trees due to their contribution to ecological balance and food security.
This initiative aims to improve air quality, create natural relaxation spaces that help reduce academic stress, and establish a culture of environmental conservation as a sustainable legacy for future generations.
