The Deanship of the Technical Institute / Al-Kufa organized a special workshop to follow up on the HEPIQ systems, held under the direct supervision of the Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayad Muslim Hamza, and attended by the heads and secretaries of all academic departments, the IT Division officer, and the Student Affairs and Registration Division officer.
The workshop discussed the main challenges that students and staff may face with the HEPIQ system across its various platforms, as well as progress on the IQ Learn platform and procedures for student registration within the SIS system.
There was a comprehensive review of the current operation of the approved electronic systems and discussion of technical and administrative obstacles to workflow. The sessions emphasized activating the IQ Learn platform in line with smart learning requirements and stressed the accuracy and speed of student registration processes in the SIS system because of their key role in organizing academic records.
The workshop also addressed updating staff records and improving the human resources (HR) system for institute personnel, reviewing procedures for uploading personnel data and updating academic titles and administrative assignments.
The Deputy Dean emphasized the necessity of accuracy and promptness in entering all information and documents into the electronic HR system to ensure data automation and easy retrieval in service of the public interest.
The workshop concluded by emphasize that integration between academic departments and administration is the primary key to the Deanship’s success in comprehensive modernization and in raising organizational standards and the quality of services provided to staff and students
