The seminar aimed to explain the provisions on equal pay, to clarify local and international laws related to women’s rights, and to promote values of mutual respect while rejecting all forms of bullying and harassment in the workplace. Colleagues were encouraged—especially male staff—to support the rights of their female coworkers to ensure a balanced work environment
Women’s rights in the workplace are a fundamental pillar for achieving social justice and economic development. It is not limited to mere “equality” but also involves creating a safe and fair work environment that enables women to utilize their capabilities fully without discrimination
