In celebration of the blessed anniversary of the birth of Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him), the Pharmacy Technology Department at the Technical Institute / Kufa, in collaboration with the Women’s Affairs Unit, organized a religious and cultural gathering where attendees reminisced about the noble life of the honored figure.
The gathering opened with a beautiful recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a collective reading of the visit to the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him). The program included informative segments that presented a brief overview of the life of the Imam (peace be upon him) and highlighted his esteemed position as a beacon of knowledge, asceticism, and justice.
The event also featured the recitation of a series of poems and hymns that celebrated the love of the Ahlul Bayt (peace be upon them). A meaningful story from the Imam’s noble life was presented, embodying important lessons and the great ethical values that the academic and student communities need in our current times.
The gathering witnessed distinguished attendance from faculty members and female students of the department, who participated in commemorating this occasion in an atmosphere filled with love, aiming to reinforce cultural and religious identity and enhance the spiritual inspiration among the students.
