In collaboration with the Polytechnic College of Karbala and as part of the academic cooperation among the formations of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, the Financial and Banking Management Department at the Technical Institute of Kufa concluded a specialized training course on financial technology and the future of banking service quality in Iraq. The course lasted for three days, featuring presentations by:

The course aimed to explore the role of financial technology (FinTech) in developing the Iraqi banking sector and improving the quality of services provided to customers. It aligns with digital transformation and the requirements for financial inclusion through financial technology, which involves employing modern techniques such as digital systems, smart applications, artificial intelligence, and blockchain to offer financial and banking services more efficiently, at a lower cost, and with greater speed and security compared to traditional methods in Iraq.
