The Autism Spectrum Technologies Department at the Technical Institute/Kufa organized a special scientific seminar on the evolution of the concept of human rights in Eastern societies, with the speaker:
Dr. Saif Al-Din Muhannad Kazem
The seminar addressed the development of the concept of human rights in Eastern societies throughout its historical and intellectual phases, tracing these values back to religious and ethical foundations that emphasized human dignity and the right to justice and equality.
The seminar also discussed the contributions of Eastern civilizations in shaping humane concepts that predated modern Western proposals, such as principles of tolerance, fairness, and the protection of the vulnerable. It highlighted that the roots of human rights in the East stem from a comprehensive vision that elevates the value of human beings as the center of social and moral life.
