The Women\u2019s Affairs Unit at the Technical Institute\/Kufa organized an awareness seminar on \u201cWomen\u2019s Rights in the Workplace\u201d in cooperation with the Department of Financial and Banking Administration Technologies. The seminar was presented by<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The seminar aimed to explain the provisions on equal pay, to clarify local and international laws related to women\u2019s rights, and to promote values of mutual respect while rejecting all forms of bullying and harassment in the workplace. Colleagues were encouraged\u2014especially male staff\u2014to support the rights of their female coworkers to ensure a balanced work environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Women\u2019s rights in the workplace are a fundamental pillar for achieving social justice and economic development. It is not limited to mere \u201cequality” but also involves creating a safe and fair work environment that enables women to utilize their capabilities fully without discrimination<\/p>\n\n\n\n
