About the Student Affairs Division:<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>
The Student Affairs Division is administratively linked to the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs. It plays a crucial role in our institute, overseeing all matters related to students, from admission to graduation, for both morning and evening studies.<\/span><\/h5>
Organizational Structure of the Student Affairs Division:<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>
  1. Admission and Registration Unit<\/span><\/h5><\/li>
  2. Graduates Unit<\/span><\/h5><\/li>
  3. Student Follow-up Unit<\/span><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>
    Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>
    1. Organizing the registration process for newly admitted students at the beginning of each academic year.<\/span><\/h5><\/li>
    2. Distributing students to scientific departments based on admission scores and the annual plan.<\/span><\/h5><\/li>
    3. Following up with students during their studies and providing required services.<\/span><\/h5><\/li>
    4. Issuing administrative orders for admission, failure, withdrawal, and graduation.<\/span><\/h5><\/li>
    5. Issuing graduation certificates and confirmations for graduates.<\/span><\/h5><\/li>
    6. Issuing graduation documents with grades in both Arabic and English.<\/span><\/h5><\/li>
    7. Responding to requests for document verification for institute students.<\/span><\/h5><\/li>
    8. Implementing and monitoring student regulations and instructions.<\/span><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>
