The Power Mechanics Technologies Department Organizes a Workshop Titled "Utilizing Graduate Capabilities to Enter the Job Market"
As part of the activities of the academic departments during Global Entrepreneurship Week, the Power Mechanics Technologies Department at the Technical Institute/Kufa organized a specialized workshop on utilizing graduates’ capabilities to enter the job market. The workshop was presented by:
Asst. Lecturer Imad Habib Alawi, Head of the Department
The workshop clarified the concept of the “middle-level cadre,” a designation for technical institute graduates, emphasizing their role as a bridge between engineers and workers.
It highlighted the necessity for graduates to translate theoretical engineering ideas into practical applications that workers can implement. The role of the institute graduate lies in being a key player in leading production processes with a scientific mindset.
Graduates must assert themselves in the job market through skills, creativity, knowledge, and confidence. This ensures they effectively contribute to advancing industrial and technical fields.
